Face to face sessions take place at The Flame Centre in Waterloo, SE1.
I ask that clients arrive no more than 10 minutes before their session, as otherwise I may not be able to let you in (there is no staffed reception).
The Flame Centre is located in Unit 3D at The Chandlery, 50 Westminster Bridge Road, SE1 7QY, and can only be accessed from Westminster Bridge Road.
When using a map tool like Google Maps or City Mapper for directions, ensure you search for The Chandlery and the street address. If you search for directions to the Flame Centre you will end up in the wrong place (entrance to the car park), and unable to get in.
Street entrance at 50 Westminster Bridge Road
The entrance on Westminster Bridge Road is as per the image below left. The gate is usually open (just push it) until 7:30pm. If you arrive after 7:30pm, you will need to use the panel to the left of the gate to call the Flame Centre for me to release the gate.
Building entrance
Once through the gate, immediately turn left and head towards the building in front of you. Use the keypad to the right of the door to buzz me in Unit 3D.
When you call Unit 3D, you’ll need to wait a minute or so for someone to release the door. Once inside the building take the lift to the 3rd floor.
Turn left as you come out of the lift. You will find the entrance to the Flame Centre on your left at the end of the short corridor, in Unit 3D.
My counselling room is up 12 steps inside the Flame Centre. There is no lift access for this last part. Stair-free counselling can be accommodated, but will need prior discussion so I can make the necessary space arrangements.
